Outstanding! Kept me informed of everything the whole time and it was very patient with me. Informed me every time there was a visit and then shortly after informed me of the positive and negative feedback from the perspective buyers. Gave a very accurate account of what my Total amount would be at the final transaction. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Cat Jones was great to work with! She's both professional and easy going at the same time. I didn't know anything about home-buying and was rather intimidated by it all, but she guided me through the process and handled situations before I even knew they were coming up. She's also knowledgeable about the local market and always either had the answers to my questions or found them, or was able to guide me in the right direction, and continues to do so even after the closing. I would definitely contact her again for any future home buying or selling needs.

Cat is an awesome realtor. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the home buying and selling process. Everything went smooth with our purchase and sell due to Cat’s dedication and hard work. She set up multiple inspections and helped us tremendously to make sure we had as much information about the home we were purchasing during the option period. She also gave us great advice and really kept us informed on the selling process of our home as well. We highly recommend Cat if you are looking for a realtor.

cat is the most amazing agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We are first time home buyers and she never skipped a beat. We could contact her for anything no matter how big or small. Its about a month after we closed now and she still is going above and beyond for anything we need. She is so sweet and kind. Cat helped us find a home that met our family’s needs, and guided us through the home buying process. We hit a ruff patch with our lender and Cat step in and referred us to lender that she was familiar with and help us get to closing and in our home quicker than we could have hoped for. Cat went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! Cat was incredibly patient with us as we visited numerous houses until we found the right one that met and exceeded all our expectations. She helped make the purchase process very smooth by negotiating our requests with the seller's agent and took care of scheduling all the inspections which saved us a lot of time.
