Outstanding! Kept me informed of everything the whole time and it was very patient with me. Informed me every time there was a visit and then shortly after informed me of the positive and negative feedback from the perspective buyers. Gave a very accurate account of what my Total amount would be at the final transaction. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Cat Jones was great to work with! She's both professional and easy going at the same time. I didn't know anything about home-buying and was rather intimidated by it all, but she guided me through the process and handled situations before I even knew they were coming up. She's also knowledgeable about the local market and always either had the answers to my questions or found them, or was able to guide me in the right direction, and continues to do so even after the closing. I would definitely contact her again for any future home buying or selling needs.

Cat is an awesome realtor. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the home buying and selling process. Everything went smooth with our purchase and sell due to Cat’s dedication and hard work. She set up multiple inspections and helped us tremendously to make sure we had as much information about the home we were purchasing during the option period. She also gave us great advice and really kept us informed on the selling process of our home as well. We highly recommend Cat if you are looking for a realtor.

My husband and I were on vacation in Texas winter of 2024 and liked the Gulf Coast area so much we thought we might want to move to that area. We contacted Cat regarding a house she had listed and she arranged the showing on short notice. She even took time to show us one other house for us to consider. We have not had good experiences with realtors so were skeptical about working with a realtor we had never met before, but we immediatley took a liking to Cat. We ended up not buying because we are not quite ready to make the move to Texas, but we loved the properties and loved spending an afternoon with Cat. We highly recommend Cat for anyone who wants to buy/sell a property!

Cat was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I couldn’t be happier with her and the aid she offered in helping me buy my first home! She’s a delight to work with! She’s friendly, respectful, and her passion for finding people HOMES, not just houses, shows in every interaction I had with her. Cat kept in communication regularly and worked with/around my varied schedule. Her knowledge of the area and her in expertise in the market offered me comfort and assurance that I was getting exactly what I was looking for! Her knowledge and expertise also aided in helping determine a competitive offer price and reasonable negotiation. Cat Jones is one of the best real estate agents we have ever had. Five years ago she sold us our house and today we sold the house. She is very professional and we love to have her whenever we buy another house. She is very knowlegeable and very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to buy a house or wants to sell their house. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are pleased with the results of the sale or buying of your house.

Cat Jones was awesome from the get go! We met then exchanged a few stories then it was a instant friendship (felt we were family!). Cat could have not done anything better then what she did in promoting and displaying our house. She was very professional and awesome. She stepped out of her comfort box and did a live video.

cat is the most amazing agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We are first time home buyers and she never skipped a beat. We could contact her for anything no matter how big or small. Its about a month after we closed now and she still is going above and beyond for anything we need. She is so sweet and kind. Cat helped us find a home that met our family’s needs, and guided us through the home buying process. We hit a ruff patch with our lender and Cat step in and referred us to lender that she was familiar with and help us get to closing and in our home quicker than we could have hoped for. Cat went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! Cat was incredibly patient with us as we visited numerous houses until we found the right one that met and exceeded all our expectations. She helped make the purchase process very smooth by negotiating our requests with the seller's agent and took care of scheduling all the inspections which saved us a lot of time. Without reservation I would highly recommend Cat as she makes the stressful process of buying a home fun!
